Can this tell me the perfect food mix?

No. It converts calories into portions. Texture preference, hydration, medical diets, and stomach tolerance still matter.

Should treats be included?

Yes. Treats should usually stay under about 10% of daily calories, and they need to be subtracted from the main food target.
